This collection of designs combines two of my favorite things–columbines and batik–in an east meets west fusion design.

Columbines and Batik

I love columbines for their colors and the delicate intricacies of the flowers as well as the fern-like foliage. Batik seems to create the perfect backdrop for their complexity. Combining them without making the designs too busy created a bit of a challenge. Please let me know if you think I succeeded, and which design you like best.
