Are moody violas just for spring or can they be for any season? You decide.

Creating a repeating design with moody flowers that works for printing on fabric required softening the outlines of each design element and creating a subdued color palette. For an added layer of interesting complexity, I turned the whole design into outlines and made them translucent. Then, I layered the violas on top.
